Sephora seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Holbrook, NY — customer-facing role delivering personalised beauty consultations and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Support store presentation, merchandising and inventory activities to maintain a clean, organised and inviting environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to Sephora's operational standards and policies.
- Maintain flexible availability to meet scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift obligations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty, trends and product learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level; relevant retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
