Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on usage and routines.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, conversion metrics and other key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks, and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and welcoming.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment; eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative sales aptitude.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality or client-focused experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or related certification is a plus but not required.
