Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, techniques and new product launches to provide relevant advice and inspire repeat business.
- Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through effective clienteling and consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and replenishment to maintain a visually compelling and well‑stocked sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment that meets Sephora brand standards.
- Promote an inclusive team culture, collaborate with colleagues and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet punctuality and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience with demonstrable customer service skills.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to learn and relay product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles preferred, with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
