Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and achieve key performance indicators while exceeding store targets
