Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to perform in a goal-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Reliable availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
