Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the required appearance and uniform standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions.
- Manage product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the designated area.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

Experience
No specific prior experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
Workplace
The role is situated in Hefei, Anhui, China. There are currently 15 open positions in Hefei on Cerulean. Within Anhui, Cerulean currently features 24 open roles. Across China, Cerulean lists 1.776 open roles — 33 of them newly added.
Compensation
Competitive salary with various sales bonuses and a year-end double salary.
