Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client trust and drive repeat visits.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and category innovations to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship building.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, well‑presented, welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.
- Remain flexible and reliably available to work during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering exceptional service in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing setting preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty and knowledge of current trends across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering personalised consultations.
- Team player with a goal‑oriented mindset and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
