Sephora (Hanover, MA) seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) — part-time hourly role, $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and beauty goals.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with relevant techniques and usage guidance.
  • Drive sales performance and work toward daily/weekly KPIs through client interaction, conversion and add-on selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually compelling.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and brand initiatives to provide up-to-date advice and inspire repeat visits.
  • Support an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and upholding Sephora policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrable customer service skills.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product-driven client education.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
