Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Hannover store to support customer satisfaction, beauty services, sales-floor operations, product presentation, replenishment, and inventory. The permanent role is full-time, with a four-day workweek.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
- Support staff productivity and engagement.
- Maintain product availability and efficient replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with operational routines.
- Contribute to turnover targets and category development.
- Monitor retail KPIs, including market share (MS), items per transaction (IPT), average basket value (AVB), conversion rate (CR), and number of services.
- Complete inventories on schedule.
- Monitor sickness rates and employee turnover.
- Deliver short services across all departments and support beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain the assortment and merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean sales-floor furniture and products.
- Receive, store, and replenish goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates, including conversions and construction.
- Carry out inventories and operate the cash register.
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- First-hand experience in retail, advising customers, and customer interaction.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Fluent in English or the country's native language.
