Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, personalised consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in accordance with Sephora’s service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPI performance through proactive selling, product recommendations and clienteling.
- Participate in cashiering duties: process transactions, apply promotional and gifting policies correctly, and adhere to CRM and cash‑handling SOPs to safeguard store revenue.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards within assigned areas: replenish displays, ensure product availability, and execute quarterly promotional fixtures.
- Manage stock operations including receipt, returns and cycle counts; apply FIFO for near‑expiry items and follow warehouse 5S procedures to minimise shrinkage.
- Complete mandatory brand and product trainings, share knowledge with colleagues and follow an agreed personal development plan under store management guidance.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety and company policies and perform ad‑hoc tasks delegated by store management.
