Sephora in Hangzhou is hiring a Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store sales and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring service standards aligned with Sephora’s customer experience principles.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPI attainment through proactive selling and client relationship building.
  • Operate the cash register and complete transactions in accordance with company cashiering SOPs and CRM policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: prepare and replenish displays, execute seasonal promotional layouts and ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Perform stock management tasks including receiving, returns and cycle counts, apply first-in-first-out principles and maintain storage 5S standards.
  • Participate in mandatory brand and company training, share knowledge with colleagues and implement personal development plans.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety rules and complete additional duties assigned by store management.

Experience
