Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain the designated area, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are clean.
- Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist store managers in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.
