Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations aligned with each client's needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
  • Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings to deliver informed recommendations
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and exceptional client engagement
  • Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications
