Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Enhance staff productivity and engagement through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
  • Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
  • Achieve turnover targets and contribute to category development.
  • Monitor and control key retail figures such as conversion rates, items per transaction, and average basket value.
  • Maintain inventory schedules and manage stock levels.
  • Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale.
  • Clean and maintain furniture and products on the sales floor.
  • Assist with warehousing, stocking, and merchandising updates.
  • Operate the cash register and handle additional daily business tasks.

Qualifications

  • Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
  • First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
  • Fluent in English or the native language of the country.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with customers. Strong organizational and reliability skills. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, particularly within the beauty or fashion industry.
