Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
