Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, while providing expert consultation and product recommendations to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness and organization of shelves and drawers.
- Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
