Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations to drive conversion and average basket value.
- Deliver memorable client experiences that foster loyalty through professional, personalised advice and product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively participate in promotional events, launches and commercial challenges.
- Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and uphold cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain store standards including merchandising, product presentation, stock replenishment and visual guidelines.
- Contribute to clienteling activities: capture client data, follow up on appointments and nurture long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to share product knowledge, support onboarding and ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Customer-service orientation with proven aptitude for retail sales and converting advice into purchase.
- Energetic, attentive to detail and resilient under a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable delivering product demonstrations and beauty advice.
- Team player with a flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Interest in cosmetics, fragrances and skincare; vocational training in beauty or previous retail experience is a plus.
- Fluency in French is expected for effective client interaction in the Grenoble market.

Experience
Entry-level position; beginners are welcome. Prior retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in beauty/cosmetics is a plus.
