The Beauty Advisor at Sephora’s Greenwich store delivers tailored consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, supports merchandising and inventory, and works toward sales goals in an inclusive environment. This is a part-time flex role with non-guaranteed hours, scheduled as needed for 4–14 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet clients’ needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
