Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and application techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators established by Sephora
- Maintain store visual presentation through inventory management, merchandising execution, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
