Sephora is seeking a full-time Beauty Advisor to deliver tailored consultations, product recommendations, and knowledgeable service while supporting sales goals, merchandising, inventory, and an inclusive store environment. The role is permanent and requires 30–40 hours per week, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable attendance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
