Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product benefits
- Monitor industry trends, new product launches, and beauty techniques to provide relevant and current advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators established by Sephora
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards; manage inventory accuracy
