Sephora in Grapevine, TX is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor — deliver personalized consultations, drive sales, $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations and education to empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Maintain current knowledge of product launches, techniques and trends to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and upkeep of a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment and build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours requirement for part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-to-one and in small groups.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Ability to reliably work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; strong customer-service aptitude and enthusiasm for beauty are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
