Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and share product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive client engagement, clienteling and conversion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and inviting.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
- Adhere to company policies and safeguard a safe, inclusive and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-focused roles preferred; demonstrable ability to deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation; able to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; meets minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail duties throughout a shift.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in cosmetology/beauty is a plus.
