Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.

- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the retail space is clean, organized and welcoming.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable providing one-to-one consultations.
- Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer-service aptitude and a quick capacity to learn product knowledge are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
