Sephora Grand Rapids seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales; hourly $18–$20.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on demonstrations and education across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive individual and team sales performance against targets and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and visual standards to maintain an organised, welcoming sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and positive shopping environment.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Quick learner with aptitude for absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
- Punctual, reliable and available for required weekly shifts; able to work retail peak hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
