Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
