Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and hair categories to achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups and clienteling activities to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate and maintain expert product knowledge across the store assortment and new launches; provide makeovers and demonstrations when required.
- Execute visual merchandising, stock replenishment and pricing to maintain brand standards and store presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and support daily store opening/closing procedures.
- Participate in onboarding, training and local store initiatives within an expanding retail project.
Qualifications
- Residence within the province of the vacancy (Granada) and legal right to work in Spain.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the beauty sector or cosmetics retail.
- Fluent English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Clear vocation for customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for beauty trends, products and brand storytelling.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and peak trading hours.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in beauty retail, cosmetics consultation or a related customer-facing beauty role. Entry-level candidates with relevant training and strong client service ability may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in cosmetology/beauty therapy are advantageous.
