Sephora is hiring a part-time, temporary Beauty Advisor for the Christmas period in Gothenburg. The role supports customer service, beauty services and classes, sales-floor presentation and replenishment, inventory, cash-register operation, and retail KPI performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
- Support staff productivity and engagement.
- Maintain stock availability and efficient replenishment.
- Follow operational routines and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to turnover targets and category development.
- Monitor retail key figures, including MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service count.
- Complete inventories on schedule.
- Provide short services across all departments and support beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain the assortment and merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean sales-floor furniture and products.
- Store and replenish goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates, including conversions and construction.
- Conduct inventories and operate the cash register.
- Carry out additional tasks related to daily business.
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback and satisfaction, and number of services.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
- First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent in English or the country's native language.
- Being LVMH.
