Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering beauty products and skincare solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage participation in the CRM program to enhance customer loyalty
- Provide a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and empowers customers to become their best selves
- Participate in continuous learning through the online platform and field training sessions to stay current with beauty trends and techniques
- Support team members through cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the store environment
- Maintain excellent customer service standards during peak trading hours, particularly Thursday to Sunday
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keen interest in beauty products and latest beauty trends
- Ability to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts
- Flexibility and willingness to expand knowledge across multiple beauty categories
