Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Glendale, Arizona location. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across all beauty categories, educating clients on techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, innovations, and seasonal product launches to provide relevant, timely recommendations
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment

Qualifications

Experience
