Sephora Glendale, AZ is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) — part-time, $18.00–$20.50/hr. Provide personalised beauty consultations and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance against daily KPIs and contribute to store revenue objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Work flexibly to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet scheduling requirements.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that aligns with company standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty and trends with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing context (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; effective at building rapport and repeat clientele.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet scheduled shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn quickly and share product knowledge.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous customer-facing retail, hospitality, or beauty advisory experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
