Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Provide an inclusive, welcoming client experience that fosters long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet scheduled shift requirements.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and for helping clients build confidence through personalised recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Reliable availability, punctuality and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Physically able to perform stock-handling tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds).
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-focused experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
