Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Glen Eagle Square store in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The role delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, supports sales, inventory and merchandising, and promotes an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience; part-time schedules are 15–29 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $19.80–$22.90 depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
