Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, formulations and beauty trends.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed store KPIs through client acquisition, conversion and follow‑up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
  • Remain current on new product launches, seasonal trends and professional techniques to inform client advice.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Be dependable in scheduling: meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours and be available for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience demonstrating excellent customer service and relationship building (entry‑level candidates considered).
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one‑to‑one consultations.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work toward shared sales goals.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine merchandising tasks.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Entry‑level / Beginner. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing role is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
