Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Gilbert, AZ (San Tan Village) — join the team for client consultations and product expertise. $18.00–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application, benefits and routines.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion targets.
- Support merchandising and inventory activities to ensure accurate stock levels and an attractive, organized sales floor.
- Maintain Sephora standards for a safe, welcoming environment and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Customer‑facing retail, hospitality or service experience preferred; demonstrable ability to build strong client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty, current trends and product innovation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal‑driven.
- Fast learner with the ability to retain and share product knowledge.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required in a retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Gilbert, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
