Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Proactively stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support store merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and fostering positive client experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and compliant retail environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer-service aptitude considered.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
