Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and applications to empower their purchasing decisions
• Monitor and maintain current knowledge of beauty industry trends, new product launches, and seasonal collections to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators by leveraging product knowledge and client relationships
• Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers colleagues and clients alike
• Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and client empowerment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-driven, and inclusive environments
• Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and retaining product knowledge
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Entry-level retail or hospitality experience in customer service is preferred but not required; beginners with a strong passion for beauty and demonstrated customer service aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal beauty education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
