Sephora is hiring two Beauty Advisors for its Geneva store on a temporary 70% contract from 1 November through December 2026. The role supports clients across beauty departments, shares product and trend knowledge, maintains visual merchandising standards, and keeps merchandise ready for sale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and advice to clients across the Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
- Share knowledge of products, trends, and new developments in beauty.
- Present products in accordance with visual merchandising specifications.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Handle the receipt and storage of merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent French; some English is an advantage.
