Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for a temporary seasonal role (50%, November–December 2026) at its Geneva corner location. The position entails delivering comprehensive product consultations across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance departments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and cultivating the in-store client experience. Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and tailored beauty consultations to clients across all departments (makeup, skincare and haircare, fragrances)
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new offerings to clients with authority and enthusiasm
- Ensure product displays comply with visual merchandising specifications and brand standards
- Maintain full stock levels on the sales floor and prepare merchandise for sale
- Perform warehouse and stockroom duties, including merchandise storage and organization
Qualifications
- First professional experience in sales, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of the beauty industry and emerging trends
- Fluent French language proficiency
