Sephora Beauty Advisor (50% CDD) in Geneva, Oct–Dec 2026. Deliver beauty consultations across makeup, skincare, and fragrance departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and personalized beauty consultations to clients across all departments (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrances)
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and present products according to specifications
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and merchandise is prepared for sale
- Manage inventory storage and logistics in the stockroom and on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent French language skills; English language proficiency is an asset
