Sephora Geneva seeks part-time Beauty Advisor (50% CDD) starting October 2026 for Corner retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active client support and personalized beauty advice across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance departments
- Communicate product knowledge, current trends, and new product launches to clients
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation specifications
- Ensure adequate stock levels on the sales floor and prepare merchandise for sale
- Manage inventory storage and stockroom operations
Qualifications
- First professional experience in retail, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury retail
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of beauty industry trends and product categories
- Fluent in French; English proficiency preferred

Experience
Entry-level retail or beauty sector experience preferred; candidates with strong client-facing capabilities and passion for beauty will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
