Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Geneva, Switzerland—part-time fixed-term role (60%) from November 2026 to January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide active support and personalized beauty advice to clients across all product categories including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrances
  • Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches to customers
  • Maintain product displays in compliance with visual merchandising specifications
  • Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and merchandise is prepared for sale
  • Execute storage and stock rotation procedures in both warehouse and retail environments

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
  • Fluent French speaker with basic English proficiency preferred
