Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor beauty industry trends and maintain current knowledge of new products and techniques to deliver relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators to support store revenue goals
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
