Sephora Geneva (Balexert) seeks a Beauty Advisor — 50% fixed-term, part-time beginning May 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrances.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, routines, trends and new launches to drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards in accordance with brand directives.
  • Ensure the salesfloor is fully stocked, prepare merchandise for sale and manage back‑of‑house storage.
  • Contribute to an exceptional in-store client experience through attentive service and collaborative teamwork.
  • Support promotional activities and participate in product training to deepen product expertise.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, retail or fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clear client‑service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of the beauty industry and an awareness of current trends.
  • Fluent in French; basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Available to work on-site at Balexert (Geneva) on a 50% fixed‑term contract beginning May 2026.
