Sephora Geneva seeks a part-time (50%) Beauty Advisor for a temporary contract (May–June 2026) at Store de Genève.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised product advice and active selling across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrances to achieve sales objectives.
  • Communicate product benefits, trends and new launches to customers and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and product presentation are maintained according to brand specifications.
  • Manage replenishment on the shop floor and prepare stock for sale to guarantee availability.
  • Perform receiving, storage and organisation of merchandise in the back-of-house and on the salesfloor.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or fashion (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluent spoken French; conversational English is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Awareness of beauty industry trends and product categories across makeup, skincare, hair care and fragrances.

Experience

Entry-level. Prior sales experience in retail or the beauty sector is preferred but not required.
