Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and support clients across all departments (Make‑Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrances) to create personalised product solutions and memorable experiences.
  • Share product knowledge and update clients on trends, launches and hero SKUs to drive informed purchase decisions.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are applied and product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain sales floor inventory levels, prepare merchandise for sale and restock displays to guarantee product availability.
  • Manage storage and stock operations between the warehouse and the sales floor, including receipt and organization of incoming goods.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing sales experience; experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail or fashion preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service orientation.
  • Solid knowledge of beauty categories and current market trends.
  • Fluency in French; proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Availability to work on site at Balexert on a 60% part‑time permanent contract.
