Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Build customer relationships in alignment with Sephora Attitude.
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and restocking shelves.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, including 2-3 selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays.

Skills

Ability to build customer relationships. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Teamwork skills and goal-oriented mindset. Basic proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in makeup application is an advantage.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
