Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate expert product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
