Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, providing expert consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
