Sephora in Frisco, TX is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at Stonebriar Centre — hourly $19.80–$22.90 to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance; perform in-store demonstrations and tutorials to educate clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and relationship-building.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks, and uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming salesfloor.
  • Stay current on beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant advice and drive repeat visitation.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a beauty-focused environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
